If you’ve managed to find yourself on this website, that must mean you’ve browsed the entire web.
My name is Seamus. This is my (rather boring) website. I have experimented with various web publishing platforms over the years, and while the likes of Wordpress are popular and very powerful, the reliance on numerous software and databases always bugged me.
There isn’t much to say about me. I love all things tech, have worked in the hosting/cloud industry since around 2007 and am a firm believer in building stable, scalable web platforms. Over the years I have worked for AussieHQ/Jumba, UberGlobal, Melbourne IT (now Arq Group) and currently at Rackspace.
I quite like playing with all things cloud, be it AWS, Azure or GCP. I’ve started to tackle various Microsoft certifications and in September 2018 managed to pick up MCSA - Cloud Platform after finishing 70-533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and 70-535: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions
Late in 2018, Microsoft retired these certifications and provided transition exams. As a result of this, I undertook AZ-102: Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification Transition which allowed me to transition to Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
